I have spent the large majority of this week trying to get over the flu. It has totally rocked me and I’ve felt terrible since Sunday evening. Thankfully things are starting to come back around and I no longer have a headache and the energy is slowly returning. Mostly, I just feel achy, tight and very weak. This time I’m trying to recover quickly, so I took a day off and have been focusing on recovery rather than training this week. More to come.
