The power a N. A. P.

This week has been up and down for me. The increase in training and heavy work schedule has left me exhausted. That being said, most of my workouts have been very encouraging and enjoyable. There are signs that I’m on my way to fitness and I’m absolutely loving training everyday. The other day though After getting up at 4:45, working for a couple hours and then training for 2 hours I was absolutely spent. A headache was creeping into my skull and I didn’t have the energy to continue on with work. After a couple hours at Speed Theory I took off for the day and went straight to bed. After a solid 90mins sleep, I woke up feeling very refreshed and was a new person. I promptly hopped on my bike and rode for 3 hours. Incredible. If only I had time for a N A P everyday!
