The past few days have been fantastic. I have gotten out for some fantastic training sessions. Thankfully the snow has left us for a couple more days and I even ran in the drizzling rain today. When I first was getting back into running my shins were hurting and I felt incredibly tight. In the past week I have really felt my stride open up and my shins no longer hurt. Even though I’m incredibly inflexible right now (comparatively speaking), I know that like everything else, flexibility will come back in time. Now that I’ve recovered from my run this morning I’m heading out for a bike ride.
